Tretinoin Cream USP 0.05% w/w is a topical retinoid used to treat acne and improve skin texture. It increases skin cell turnover, unclogs pores, and promotes smoother, clearer skin. It may also reduce fine lines and dark spots with regular use.

Composition:
Each gram contains Tretinoin USP 0.05% w/w.
Base/Excipients: q.s.

Usage / Indications:

• Acne (pimples, blackheads, whiteheads)

• Photoaging (fine lines, uneven tone)

• Hyperpigmentation (as advised)

Directions for Use:
Apply a thin layer once daily at night on clean, dry skin.
Avoid eyes, corners of nose/mouth, and broken skin.
Use sunscreen daily during treatment.

Shelf Life:
Usually 24–36 months (check pack for exact expiry).

Storage Conditions:
Store below 25°C. Keep tube tightly closed and away from light.

Precautions:

• Initial irritation, dryness, and peeling are common

Estradiol Gel 0.06% w/w is a topical hormone preparation containing estradiol, a form of the natural female sex hormone estrogen. It is applied to the skin where it is absorbed into the bloodstream to help restore and maintain estrogen levels in women with deficiency.

Composition:
Each 100 g of gel contains Estradiol IP 0.06 g (0.06% w/w).
Inactive ingredients: gel base, solvents, and stabilizers as approved.

Usage / Indications:

• Management of menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness

• Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (when other treatments are not suitable)

• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in estrogen deficiency states

Directions for Use:
Apply as prescribed on clean, dry, unbroken skin (usually arms, shoulders, or thighs).
Do not apply on breasts or genital area unless advised by a doctor.
Wash hands after application.
