Description
This ophthalmic preparation combines Gentamicin Sulphate, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, a corticosteroid. Gentamicin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, while dexamethasone reduces inflammation, redness, and swelling in the eye.
